1. Eligibility for Refunds Recruitment Services: Refunds are not applicable once the service has been initiated or completed. If a candidate placement does not meet the expectations, replacement options will be discussed. Digital Services (Website, Marketing, etc.): Refunds will only be provided if the project has not yet been started. If development or services have commenced, the refund will be considered only for uncompleted work. Consulting Services: No refunds will be provided once consultation sessions have been conducted or the agreedupon consulting period has begun.
2. Refund Process To request a refund, you must: Submit a written request to contact@siinternationals.com. Provide details regarding the nature of the service, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. All refund requests are subject to review, and we will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days after receiving your request.
3. NonRefundable Items Any services that have been fully delivered or completed. Subscriptionbased services that have been consumed during the subscription period. Any fees related to training or consultation that have already been conducted.
4. Partial Refunds In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds: If a project is partially completed, we may issue a refund for the remaining portion that has not yet been started. For ongoing services, if the request is made before a significant portion of the work is completed, a prorated refund may be considered.
5. Timeframe for Refunds Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or thirdparty payment processors.
